For the creation of fine threads, we offer special whirling knives especially for processing titanium in the medical sector, e.g. sets of whirling knives for creating dental and bone screws according to DIN 588 HA 1,5 / HA 2 / HA 2,7 / HA 3,5 / HA 4,5 - HB 4 / HB 6,5.
In addition we also offer you double-threaded tools.
All tools are very finely ground and polished.
As an alternative to our whirling knives we also produce triangular plates for conventional vortex heads with multiple adapters or customized single or double edged special thread chasing plates.
