"Art meets Economy" as a crowd pleaser
On Sunday 18th of May, several hundreds of guests took the chance to pay a visit to ZWT Zisterer in the frame of the event "Art meets Economy": In addition to seeing beautiful jewelry by goldsmith Edelgard Jung and acrylic paintings by the painter Karin Nieß, they could walk through the workshop which is usually off limits to visitors.
Right from the start at 10 o'clock, a steady stream of visitors passed through the offices and production spaces of ZWT Zisterer: The onlookers not only enjoyed the exhibits from the workshops of the goldsmith Edelgard Jung and the painter Karin Nieß but were also fascinated by the hard metal tools which normally are in the focus of the activities of ZWT Zisterer.
Besides arts and metal, there were additional attractions: Many guests enjoyed the music, vintage vehicles, and good food so much that the ZWT Zisterer premises were still busy long after the official end of the event at 5 o'clock Bettina Bernhard, Managing Director at ZWT Zisterer, reviews the first 'Art meets Economy' day: "The event was a great success. It was incredibly busy, and we are very happy to get such an excellent feedback." 28 companies from Spaichingen took part in this Action Day. The organizer, the Gewerbe- und Handelsverein Spaichingen, reported several thousand visitors in total.
