ZWT profile dies as stagger or stamping tools stand out to their lapped concave or plane locating face and their finish ground profiles. On customer’s request lapped profiles can be supplied as well.
As a matter of course you receive profile dies with irregular profile pitch as well as asymmetric profiles.
At the moment our standard dies start from Ø 1,3 mm.
