With ZWT form turning tools, the simplest to the most complex types of external forms (e.g. ultra-fine grooves) can be completely machined – and on all single and multispindle screw machines, CNC automatic lathes, etc. Sometimes machining is done with separate cuts. These are precisely coordinated by ZWT, from the precutting tool all the way to the planing tool.
